Applications:

Ductile iron GJS-500-7 - EN 1563 manhole cover, produced according to provisions of the latest edition of the UNI EN 124, loading class D400, consists of a square/octagonal frame, as supporting base and circular at the top, corresponding to he street level, provided with: a continuous perimetral outer winglet of a width not less than mm. 20, to obtain a greater supporting base and allow a better anchorage to the foundation also by means of elongated holes and/or holes created along the perimeter and through the use of any mechanical means for fixing to the manhole; “U” shaped internal seat; elas-tomeric cushioning insert, anti-noise and anti-rocking, suitably shaped to frontally withstand the edge of the cover and absorb vibrations; hinge housing with closed bottom and cover locking system in open position. Cover of circular shape, self-centering in the frame, provided with: slot, for the inserting of the opening and lifting key, locking system in steel realized by means of a rotating bolt, bolted with helical spring of contrast; an appendix suitable to ensure the positioning of the cover to the frame in the hinge compartment without preventing the extractability of the cover; central and circumferential space for the insertion of any inscription (e.g. contractor entity + etc.); identification of the outer shape of the frame and of the product size, expressed in cms.; anti-slippery reliefs.
